but its hard to put any color over black cuz it wont show so is der any way i can put RED high lights in my hair without ruining my hair cuz i dont want my hair to get dry or to fall out so if any of you guys can help me out and tell me what product to get and how to go about doin it..i would really appreciate it thankyou..=]

i would go into a professional salon and have them do high lights on black hair. I have black hair also... if you go to a redken hairstyist redken carries a special dye just for black hair wear the hair will take to the color and you don't even have to bleach your hair.

Go to a salon and get them to do Matrix Redlights. ( they come in 3 different colours) I had black hair too and they went right on over it and it lasted about 2 months b4 i had to do it again. It comes in a nice bright red, a purple red, and a coppery red. their great.
