I download most of my files from the sims recsource website and some of the clothes show up but none of the hair files do...i have downloaded the meshes and extracted them, also ive checked the expansion pack required and its all fine as i have pets. And its obviously not my download folder and the clothes wouldnt work??? HELP!!

You probably need to enable custom content too but there's a really useful page here. It covers all the known problems with getting CC to show up.
