Hair style?

My hair is really long and I am going to get it cut tomorrow. Not shorter but in layers or something. Any sugestsions on what I should get? If you can please show a picture of hte style.

My hair was long too, but then i had it cut with a few layers and a side fringe. Not too heavy. Like Ashley Tisdales but shoulder-lenght and straitened.
