Does anybody remember a 80s PBS children's show where a man drew pictures of a story as it was

There was a children's show that come on PBS in the early 80s where a man would illustrate a story as the book was being read. Sometimes the man have a mustache. His hair, IRC, was dark blonde. What was the name of this show and is there any where I could buy or download it?

I'll be back when I find the name, lol.

EDIT: Was it Read It with John Robbins

or Cover to Cover (also with John Robbins I believe)?

I believe it was Mr. Rogers. I doubt you can get it anywhere anymore. Try your library.

Is it Mr. Dressup? He used to do the same thing. His show is not on because he has died. Do Casey and Finnegan ring a bell?
