blow dry it with hair spray and add moose to volumise it i think

Tease the underside of your hair(i attached a youtube vid on how to) and smooth out half your head with the side of a comb, pin back tightly and tie a lock of hair/bangs in the front together with some ribbon//or braid it flat against your head if you have that ability, use hair putty or if u have none of that straighten then use hair spray to get really straight flat ends on that side of your head with the volume from the teasing still prevalent on top, as for eyes, line the bottom inner corner to corner part with a very light colour like white, and had black/blue/purple or any vibrant colour on top adding more in the crease than anywhere else, top w/loads of mascara (preferably two types of mascara as the combination of textures is what gives you that cant look away from her look)
