ok.

i got an oval face.

staright hair that curls at the bottom bottom u know. no bangs.

long-medium hair. and long layers that have grown out a bit.

strawberry blonde.

dark green eyes.

not a dark complextion at all but not extreamly pale pale

freackles that bearly show.

so should I...

1. dye my hair (temporarly) blonde, dirty blone, light brown, or medium brown?

2. do long layers, long layers with sideswept bangs, or just sideswept bangs?

3. any other suggestions???

1.) I suggest you dye your hair a dark auburn. This color is BEAUTIFUL!!! I have it right now. It is close to medium brown but more sexy.

2.) As of now, short layers are in. Have your layers really short and with some sideswept bangs it'll look HOT! However if you want long layers that is also good. I would always prefer the bangs.

3.) Well get some highlights!

dye your hair a brown color maybe a medium brown, and do LOTS of LONG layers with cross cut bangs (its when they can cut your bangs so you can wear them on either side of your face. they rock lol ) what ever you plan to do good luck. :^)

Your original hair color is a color that most girls would love. So I would keep that. I think you should do long layers with sideswept bangs.That would look great onyour oval face.

hmm, what i suggest is that you leave your hair red! not a lot of people have red hair these days! so that's why you stand out from the crowd! which is a good way to look attractive!

If your hair is the color in your avatar, it's a nice shade and I suggest you do a Celophane or some kind of glossing to enhance it because it goes beautiful with your skintone.

Another suggestion is getting some chunky highlights that will complement your strawberry blonde tones rather than coloring your whole head.

Remember, that whatever you choose to do, you have to adjust your makeup colors to go with the hair or the new color can wash you out.

Go to a cosmetic counter and have a makeup artist show you a new set of colors when you color your hair.

if you feel uncomfortable for whatever reason then shave, wax, or pluck. if you dont want to try any hair removal procedures then wear long sleeves at all times. your choice .either learn to accept or alter your appearance.

I have no idea why your own armpit (axillary) hair would bother you. If you have a lot, you can trim it as much as you want. Or shave it. It's your hair, you can do what you want with it.

okay well i want to add a color to my hair like red or blue and i was told that you have to make the piesces of hair that you want to have the color on lighter so that it will show up, how do i do this like what do i use to lighten the hair before i use the blue or red on it? my hair is dark brown now and i just wanted to do a few streaks of color...thanks for any help!

You will have to lighten the hair you want to dye. The colors you will be adding are semi-permanent, so won't stay for ever, blue particularly fades to a green, relatively quickly, 3-4 weeks, depending on the product you use.

If you don't bleach your hair, which strips the color out, you will not end up with a good result.

My hair this week, is a faded pink. I have naturally brown hair. I usually re-dye my hair every 3 weeks, as I get bored with the same colors. I always strip the color back with bleach, to get the vivid colors to show well.

Ok when I put the red and purple streaks in my hair they had to do the same thing.You probly want to go somewhere to get it done becouse if you want to put colors like that in there its really easy to mess up.You have to bleach the streaks blond..its not dyeing, its taking the color out of your hair.Then you wait about 20min then you wash that out then you put the actuall hair dye in your hair.See my hair is dark brown and it VERY thick.If you do put colors like red and blue in your hair it wont stay in there that long...I know my hair,for the first 2weeks the color stayed in there then in started comming out alittle at a time.But yes I did go somewhere to get it done.I used to get my aunt to dye my hair but she ALWAYS fkked up on it.So for best results you would probly want to go and set up an appointment.

Well if you are hair dyeing don't get bleach. Just do it without bleach. it'll look better. the color Pomegrante is a good color instead of red. its like reddish purpleish and maroonish. so i hope this helps.

well, i'm an 18 year old girl.

i've never been checked for a hormonal imbalance, but i have quite a bit of body hair.

the only thing that is really bad is my stomach, because i waxed it a couple of times, and now the hair is darker.

it's not just a "happy trail", my entire stomach is covered with blonde hair.

you can only see the blonde hair in the sunlight, but it makes it so if i just wax the happy trail, you can see the hair on the rest of the stomach.

i hope that makes sense...like the area around my belly button is COMPLETELY SMOOTH, but then you can see the faint line where the blonde hair starts...

anyways, i don't know what to do. :[

Awuh, that cant be good. But I guess if it's blonde it shouldn't be THAT noticeable. I wouldnt go with waxing your stomache, then you'd have black stubbly hair growing back, and i think that would get annoying. Hm, there's creme out there, probably at shoppers, where it thins out the hair, without removing it, it just makes it light, and barely noticable, or you could get the hair removal cream, and just put that on once in a while. But i wouldnt suggest waxing it, thats just like if you had faint blond hair on your face, it would just make it worse. So try to look for the cream =)

Use nair hair removal lotion...it works quite well and is not to pricey. Normally with regular hair removal the hair will start to grow in less and less...so if your up to waxing keep it up and do the whole area that is bothering you.

For a permanent cure you can go in for electrolysis...otherwise the only other alternative is waxing.

But don't worry...waxing slows and makes the growth of hair sparser the more times you get it done.

Also goto your gyn and check for polycystic ovaries syndrome - sometimes that's the culprit and taking care of the cause would cure this too...Take care!

dont listen to the girl who said lazer obviously she dont know **** because it doesnt even work on blonde hair....your hair is blonde which means its already alot harder to see then dark hair....JUST SHAVE IT!...it will be impossible to see..and you can do it every few days...its not as big of a deal as you think it is...just shave it and you'll see its so much smaller then your making it.

oh my gosh. you poor thing! i'm not going to be much help, because all i can suggest is waxing the whole tummy. i think you may have hit the nail on the head there regarding hormones. it could be that you have too much testosterone??or, you know what, it could just be in your genes! man, that sucks. (freakin genes) ... waxing really shouldn't make hair grow in darker, i've never found that to be the case. it just sounds like a pain in the bum to have to wax it. well, at least you only have to do it in the summer. leave it otherwise, you don't need to be showing your midriff around anyways during the other months. i think you should ask your physician about it. he might be able to send you to some kind of specialist. check it out, it may be totally worth it. good luck little monkey. Just shave it! The whole thing! I do all the time - I had blonde peach fuzz on my stomach and I HATE HAIR so I shaved it and no one has ever noticed. I was with my boyfriend for a year and he used to touch my stomach all the time, and after a year I told him I shaved my stomach and he was like "Really? I had no Idea, why" and I just said "I hate hair" he thought it was normal.

I let it grow back sometimes. And it doesn't grow back thicker and darker like I know some people will say. That is a complete myth. And the hair on your stomach is a lot different than the hair on your legs...it is peachfuzz so it will grow back but not stubbly, and not as fast.

Getting married in 11 weeks and still cant decide how to have my hair.

I like a lot of the updos but dont think my hair is long enough. its just long enough to tie back now with no clips at the side as long as i put a quiff at the front.

I have added a link to my photos. the ones taken in green top straight out of the hairdressers were about 8 weeks ago. my hair is now longer, thicker and desperate for a cut and colour!

My hair is really thick, i use ghds to straighten it more to lose some of the volume than actually make it straight. I have it thinned out loadssssssss!

I wear it up for work all the time and it does make my head hurt by the end of my shift.

so do you think it should just get it cut same as last time? and wear it down? I can never get it to look like that myself so it would be a surprise for most people on my wedding day.

i cant see your pics, but if you want an updo, then believe me, a hairdresser will do it. whether its alot of hairspray or an added extention- its the job you are paying them to do, and they will do it.

dont worry about it so much! decide on a color. if you really dont know what to do, just keep it straight and down. less is more.
